After arriving in the middle of the NZ winter of 2004 we quickly learned to admire the beauty of our new home and enjoy the beach and sea life in Auckland...












the view to Rangitoto an extinct volcano at our local beach in Mission Bay just a short walk down the hill from our house..

and the friendly locals made us feel at home very quickly... !!
