A november day in Auckland

With winter oficially starting this week its all about making the most of those last sunny hours, I just came back from a quick after work swim in the dark, quite a scary feeling, but as the Kiwis say it is all about being out there...... and to make my point, we went out to Bethels beach this saturday...and how beautyfull the autumn sun made that black sand beach look....

and with the winds of autumn blowing we gave it a go and went to the park to see the kites flying over mission bay....winter is just around the corner...

Back from Fiji we spend Eastern with the Tongariro Dream Team...

and to finish our this great Kiwi summer we enjoyed the beauty of the west coast at Muriwai beach....

and what a summer it was....in march we had bennie's 5th birthday and with the help of my parents it became the underwater party...fishing and drawing competitions, a blue cake and a living room decorated as the open sea...

and with the 5th birthday came the first school day for Benjamin all proud showing us his school uniform for Kohimara Primary school...

after all this excitement Marie and myself took a week off to enjoy the beauty of the Blue Lagoon in Fiji...
