Stroke and Stride Race #1

The first race is over, 500m ocean swim with waterstart and a 5km run on a beautyfull spring afternoon, I finished as 28th of my age group with just over 33 1/2 mins,

in order to get into the top 15 of my age group and collect some championship points ...

I will have to improve this time by approx. 3 minutes, so let the training begin...and forget that fear of sharks...although they are out there ...
